The Arctic Alaska Region, of the Sports Car Club of America, will be sanctioning the event in the Winter RallyCross Season Championship on Sunday, October 17th at Alaska Raceway Park. This will be the first of four RallyCross events, with the remainder on November 21st, 2009, and then Jan 16th and Feb 13th, 2010.

While that is great news—the Region is excited that Paul Eklund, of Oregon’s Primitive Racing (www.get-primitive.com), will be our Guest Instructor for a RallyCross Ground School and Trackside School the two-days prior to the first event of our Winter Season. We will kick-off the weekend with the Ground School on Friday, October 16th, in Anchorage (5:30-10P) and provide you with dinner too! Saturday, all students will need to be trackside at Alaska Raceway Park for “lots of seat time” and return on Sunday for Slideways Moose Drool RallyCross designed by Paul Eklund himself!

Details on the two schools – Ground and Trackside – will be mailed to competitors upon receipt of their payment.
